This course will guide you on embodying your faith through the discovery of theological foundations and the practice of the spiritual disciplines. Topics include: God’s Story: The Trinity, Scripture, Prayer, Silence & Solitude, Forgiveness, Hospitality and Mission. Course highlights include 7 video teachings and practices sent right to your email, online zoom discussions, and an in-person celebration.

Hybrid (6 zoom sessions and 1 in person session)

This is a 4 week course on finding freedom and healing from painful memories and relational struggles and learn how your past has uniquely prepared you. Why does your story matter? How does your story reveal more of God’s story? Your story is powerful because its yours. A reflection of your unique perspective, struggles, and personal triumphs. When you are able to share your story, you can make a difference in the lives of others.

This 4 week course on the sabbath will explore the twenty-four hour time period set aside each week to stop, rest, delight, and worship. In our era of chronic exhaustion, emotional unhealth, and spiritual stagnation, few things are more necessary than the recovery of this spiritual practice.
