Beginning Monday, January 12, our church will enter a 75-day spiritual rhythm that integrates Scripture, prayer, physical discipline, generosity, fasting, and community.

This is not a performance challenge.

It is a rule of life—simple, repeatable practices meant to shape our days and align our hearts with God.

  • Time With God

    DAILY: 20 minutes of prayer and reading.

  • Move Your Body

    DAILY: Walk, run, our workout for 20 minutes.

  • Fast One Meal

    WEEKLY: Pause and intentionally make space to refocus attention of God.

  • Live Generously

    WEEKLY: Commit to a weekly practice of generosity.

  • Be Present & Make Time

    WEEKLY: Choose time each week to be present with friends/family. Invest in real, unhurried relationships.
